Well, readers, it’s officially that time of year again. The weather has grown chilly here in Berkeley, CA, the trees have all grown barren of leaves and gentle tendrils of some are once again billowing from chimneys. Winter has arrived and with it the holiday season. Isn’t it wonderful?

Cupcakin’ Bake Shop was opened by owner Lila Owens who first started this incredible bakery out of her home as a catering service in 2007. However, Owens had bigger dreams. Dreams that included baking for bigger audiences, and doing so while using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.
Owens is a proud advocate of the sustainability and environmental movement that is being made in the food industry. Here at Anthony Dailley, DDS, we think this is something worth admiration, and something also worth being proud of.
