Starting this September 18th and running through until the 20th, our neighboring community of Oakland is putting on it’s 7th annual Eat Real Food Festival.
So, what is this festival all about, you might ask?
Well, let us explain.
The Eat Real Festival is a one a year chance for you to sample a whole bevy of delicious food. Everything from Bay Area artisan food, street food trucks and local vendors for craft beer and wine will be there.
However, eating is only a small portion of the fun to be had at the Eat Real food festival. You will have a chance to raise your food IQ, which means you can possibly learn more about which foods are the best for your teeth, which we support wholly.
But, there’s still more. You can attending cooking demonstrations, participate in hands-on cooking workshops and enjoy live music! All in one spot

Some of the Most Teeth-Friendly Food Vendors at Eat Real 2015
Now, seeing as Eat Real is food festival first and foremost, there will be plenty and we mean PLENTY of different culinary options for you to choose from. That being said, we decided to make a short list of vendors who will be featuring foods that are on the healthier side for your mouth.

- Bowl’d Acai: Serving smoothies, fresh juices and acai bowls, this vendor’s food selections pack a fiber punch from all the fresh fruits and veggies. Fiber is great for oral health, so if you are looking to protect your mouth while participating in Eat Real 2015 we suggest giving Bowl’d Acai a visit.
