Dr. Dailley started his journey into dentistry while studying at California State University of San Francisco, graduating with a bachelor’s in Cell and Molecular Biology. He then went on to earn his dental degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco where he graduated with honors, moving into private practice after graduation.
Dr. Dailley spent a number of years teaching at his alma mater, the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, before becoming a founder of NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company that was tasked in the development of non-antibiotic anti-infective drugs for treating drug resistant bacterial infections. Dr. Dailley served as a founding board member for seventeen years until his recent retirement, from the board but remains passionate about the research and medicines involved in modern antibiotic therapy.
Dr. Dailley also maintains memberships in the following organizations: American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Berkeley Dental Association, and holds a Fellowship position with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). The ICOI contains doctor professions who specialize in dental implant surgery and prosthetics, keeping their members updated on the latest advancements in implantology and education.
